Carbon Black produced in accordance with the ASTM standards
N-220 – Fine reinforcing carbon black providing high wear resistance and tear strength. It is characterized by relatively low modulus. It is used in manufacturing tyre treads and retread compounds. High-quality industrial rubber goods and high-grade conveyor belts.
N-234 – Fine reinforcing carbon black with increased structure. It provides high wear resistance and a high level of reinforcement of various rubbers. Rubbers containing N-234 have high modulus and good uniform extrusion of raw compounds. It is used in manufacturing car tyre treads with high performance and retread compounds. High-quality industrial rubber goods and conveyor belts.
N-299 – Improved fine carbon black with increased structure. It provides optimum wear resistance of tread rubber, high tensile stress at 300% and low hysteresis coupled with good processing properties. Tyre treads, retread compounds. Industrial rubber goods.
N-326 – Fine low-structure reinforcing carbon black. It imparts low modulus, high elongation at break, high values of tear resistance and fatigue strength. Compounds for manufacturing tyre breakers including those for solid-rubber tyres and off-the-road tires. Conveyor belts, industrial rubber goods, seals.
N-330 – Fine active carbon black. It provides high tensile strength and good wear resistance. Tyre breakers and tyre side walls. Solid-rubber tyres, hose covers, conveyor belts, industrial rubber goods.
N-339 – Fine reinforcing carbon black with increased structure. It imparts high modulus, improved extrusion, wear resistance and hysteresis. Tyre treads, retread compounds. Industrial rubber goods and conveyor belts.
N-347 – Fine reinforcing carbon black with increased structure. It provides improved compound processing and wear resistance. Tyre treads, retread compounds. Component parts of tyres, industrial rubber goods, seals. It suits as pigment in plastic production.
N-375 – Fine reinforcing carbon black. It provides high tensile strength and wear resistance. Tyre treads, retread compounds. Industrial rubber goods and conveyor belts.
N-539 – Medium reinforcing carbon black with medium dispersion. It provides improved compound processing and possible increase in loading. Compounds for manufacturing tyre carcasses and inner tubes. Profile-extruded products. Industrial rubber goods, seals, hoses. Single- ply roofing systems.
N-550 – Medium reinforcing carbon black with medium-dispersion. It imparts high extrusion ability and comparatively high tear resistance. Compounds for manufacturing tyre carcasses and inner tubes. Profile-extruded products. Industrial rubber goods, seals, hoses.
N-650 – Medium reinforcing carbon black with medium-dispersion. It imparts smooth extrusion. Profile-extruded products. Industrial rubber goods.
N-660 – Medium reinforcing low-structure carbon black with medium-dispersion. It provides higher die-swell and high resilience at relatively high hardness. It has high loading capacity. N-772 – Middle-active carbon black with low-dispersion imparting high elasticity and improved dynamic properties to compounds. It is used in manufacturing tyre carcasses and industrial rubber goods.
Carbon black produced in accordance with GOST
K-354 – Active carbon black obtained by a channel mode in diffusive flame during a thermal-oxidative decomposition of natural or assist gas. It is widely used in manufacturing industrial rubber goods, superconcentrates, sealant compositions and applied as a pigment for paintwork material production.
П-245 – Fine reinforcing high structure carbon black. It provides high wear resistance and tear strength. It is characterized by relatively low modulus. It is used in manufacturing tyre treads and retread compounds. High-quality industrial rubber goods and high-grade conveyor belts.
П-324 – Fine reinforcing medium structure carbon black. Compounds for manufacturing tyre breakers including those for solid-rubber tyres, conveyor belts and industrial rubber goods.
П-514 – Medium reinforcing medium structure carbon black with medium dispersion. Compounds for manufacturing tyre carcasses and inner tubes. Profile-extruded products. Industrial rubber goods, seals, cables, hoses.
П-705 – Semi-active furnace carbon black produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of liquid hydrocarbon feedstock. It is characterized by a low level of dispersity and a high level of structural properties.
П-701 – Semi- active technical carbon produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of natural gas in its pure form or with addition thereto of liquid hydrocarbon feedstock. It is characterized by a low level of both dispersity and structural properties.
П-803 – Low- active furnace carbon black produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of liquid hydrocarbon feedstock. It is characterized by a high level of dispersity and a low level of structural properties.
T-900 – Low - active technical carbon produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of natural gas. It is characterized by the lowest level of dispersity and structural properties compared to other carbon black grades.
П-805Э – Low active furnace carbon black produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of liquid hydrocarbon feedstock. It is characterized by a low level of dispersity and a high level of structural properties. It has been developed for electrically conductive rubbers. It can be used in manufacturing flexible cable shields and anti-static rubber production. It has good processing and reinforcing properties.
П-805S – Low active special-purpose furnace carbon black produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of liquid hydrocarbon feedstock. It is characterized by a low level of dispersity and a medium level of structural properties. It is produced by special order of both domestic and foreign companies.
Electrically conductive carbon black
Electrically conductive grades of carbon black УМ-66, УМ-76 and УМ-85 are produced by using the thermooxidising decomposition of aromatized feedstock and then granulated with using the wet granulation method.
Electrically conductive carbon black УМ-66 (ТУ 38 10001-94 with Amendments 1, 2) has been produced since 1994. electricity conductive grades of carbon black УМ-76 (ТУ 38 10002-02) and УМ-85 were developed in 2001 for electrically conductive rubbers. Both grades are used in manufacturing flexible cable shields and anti-static rubber production with loading less than that of УМ-66. All the above-mentioned grades of electrically conductive carbon black have good processing and reinforcing properties.

Zinc white, grade A
Zinc white (zink oxide), grade A-Г, is produced by using a muffle furnace. It is applied in manufacturing tyres. industrial rubber goods, industrial rubber goods, oil-bound and alkyd paints, coatings, asbestos articles etc. According to an opinion letter of the Research Institute of Tyre Industry, the physical-mechanical properties of samples of rubbers produced on the basis of isoprene rubber type CKИ-3 and tread rubber based on a combination of СКИ-3:СКД:СКМС-30АРКМ (40:30%30) with using Zinc white БЦОМ.
Zinc white (zink oxide), grade БЦОМ, is produced in accordance with ГОСТ 202-84 by using a muffle furnace from zinc metal and is applied as a vulcanization activator for high-quality tyres of various types and as filler material in plastic and asbestos articles. It is used in manufacturing industrial rubber goods, paintwork materials, lead-zinc accumulators, artificial leathers and sole rubbers, conductor cables, materials stopping teeth and dental abrasives in dentistry. БЦОМ Zinc white exceeds the purity of similar foreign materials, ZnO content being not less than 99,7%.
